Copany is a team based in Cologne. We automate the work around ERP and CRM for SMEs, build custom software where standard tools fall short and look after both for years. In German and English, including for clients abroad.

Behind Copany
One team. One dedicated contact.
Copany was founded in Cologne in 2024 by Burak Dönmezer. He spent more than 12 years building retail and e-commerce brands, brought products into dm, Rossmann and REWE and appeared on “Die Höhle der Löwen”, the German version of Dragons’ Den. In 2024 he successfully sold his company Luoro GmbH.
Today he is your contact from the first question to day-to-day operation. Our team does the build. You talk to someone who understands how a business makes money.

Trade fair construction · Order entry
Up to 200 orders a day, without retyping.
Orders from a major client arrived as PDFs and were typed into the ERP by hand. Today an automation reads every order and creates the customer, order and bill of materials itself.
The work of 1.5 to 2 positions is gone completely.
Trade fair construction · Print data
Print files in one click.
One click files all print files of a trade fair project, sorted by hall. The system recognises which orders are ready to print.
Out of 123 orders, the 21 ready to print were recognised and the rest correctly skipped.
ERP software vendor · Internal processes
Fewer manual steps in their own CRM.
For a maker of ERP software we automated internal processes, such as lead status updates and handing tickets over to Slack.
Done within a few days, with little explanation needed.
Dental practice · Appointment reminders
Reminders that send themselves.
Patients are reminded automatically by SMS or email, seven and two days before their appointment. Rescheduled and cancelled appointments are recognised by the system.
Daily sync with the appointment calendar, no duplicate messages.
